The initial two phases – Prelims (Phase 1) and Mains Exam (Phase 2) are computer-based written exams
phase 1 exam  marks are only for qualifying for mains so  don't put your more efforts on this exam.
Start preparing for mains exam together as it is important for your rank for further phase of exam. It doesn't mean to totally neglect your phase 1 exam , study for both exams together.

Those who have cleared their phase 1 exam they will call for interview round.
Both Mains and Interview marks are counted in the final selection.
